Last Saturday Andy and I ran in the Freedom's Run 10K race in Shepherdstown, West Virginia (about 10 minutes from our house). The weather was perfect and the scenery was beautiful. It was all ran on the tow path of the C&O canal.
Here I am in the home stretch on the path heading back up to the road from the canal. It was a lot of fun. Anyone want to join us next year?
